No air guns/pistols are permitted
Please keep away from the bulk propane

Please do not trespass in the adjacent
fields; use only footpaths and do not enter the copse; it is private land
Please replace or report all breakages
(log book in Leaders Lounge)
It is the responsibility of the occupiers
to maintain high standards of cleanliness during their stay and to leave Seeonee
Lair in a clean, tidy and hygienic state
No caravans are permitted at any time.
The windows must not be used as exits
except in extreme emergency!
No
Ball Games to be played on the railway track, please. This helps to conserve the
grass surface. Please use the sports field.
