Accommodation

The building accommodates 47 people, with additional space for tents if needed. It has central heating installed throughout the main building on a timed basis as background heating. Gas fires in some rooms and electric convector heaters in the activity hut provide additional heating when needed.

There are no “hidden” service charges or meters as everything is included within the booking rates.

Ground Floor
  • Entrance Hall with Toilet, and 1 bed in a small Leaders room.
  • Leaders Lounge with gas fire. Comfy seating and tables to hopefully relax late evenings. A Pay telephone and useful information about the site and places to visit are also available.
  • Kitchen fully fitted and equipped with all crockery, cooking and eating utensils, fridge/freezer, toasters, and electric kettles. Adequate storage facilities are available for provisions. Cooking is on a large propane gas stove with 6 burners and double oven, plus a microwave oven.
  • The Dining Room is situated next to the kitchen with adequate tables and bench seating and an extra fridge/freezer.
  • Two dormitories, each sleeping 14 in bunk beds.
  • Toilet area with urinal, 3 WCs, 5 hand basins and large communal shower.
First Floor
  • Three bedrooms with bunk beds, sleeping 6 in each.
  • Bathroom with WC and 2 showers.

Please note:
  • It is written into our lease that NO CARAVANS are permitted on the site. Failure to comply risks losing the lease on the property. We would appreciate all visitors complying with this rule.
  • Tents may be erected on the playing field situated within the centre grounds.
  • If further accommodation is provided by tents, it must be appreciated that additional eating utensils etc. will need to be supplied yourselves.
